SPECIAL MACHINES
SILENT-DISCHARGE SYSTEM allows the orderly and noise-free storage of round bars and pipes of any diameter and length, typically length from 3.000 to 7.600 mm and diameter from 10 to 100 mm, by storing from a single bar up to the creation of a bundle of bars.
Below are the main characteristics of the machine:
- chain transfer for a single bar;
- blade and pad controlled by servomotors for a precise positioning of the bar;
- adjustable bundle width according to the diameter of the bar and variable bottom of the bundle;
- double-blade system at the bottom of the bars that allows the creation of a second bundle while the first one is lowered on the roller way below and has not yet been completely evacuated;
- bundle-translation system with horizontal and vertical rollers;
- bundle tightener for bars compaction during strapping.
At the entrance of the SILENT-DISCHARGE SYSTEM there is a straightness control bench with a stop lever and a by-pass one. of the silent discharge system there is a straightness control bench with stop lever and by-pass lever.
